As a result of artillery shelling РФ in Kherson region injured two people
The Russian military fired at Нововоронцовку Бериславського in Kherson region. As a result of the attack, a child and a woman were injured in the yard.
This was reported by the Kherson regional prosecutor’s office.
According to the investigation, the shelling occurred 17 October near 12:30. As a result of the artillery attack, 8-year-old girl and 46-year-old woman were injured. They received injuries of varying severity.
The victims are given medical care.
Under the procedural leadership of the Beryslav District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the fact of committing a war crime under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Prosecutors, together with investigators, conduct urgent investigative actions and document the consequences of the shelling.
