Enemy strikes led to emergency shutdowns in part of Kiev
Due to night attack 13-14 October there are emergency shutdowns in Darnytskyi, Dniprovskyi, Pechersk, Solomyanskyi and in part of Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv. ДТЕК.
