Федоров and illusory "Армія роботів"

And what happened to the previous army of robots? In March, 2024 head Brave1 said that the project never started "через неузгоджені деталі роботи". After that, no one heard about the army of robots anymore.

Three years ago, Minister Федоров had access to the budget and could implement the most daring projects at the expense of the state, including "Армію роботів". But even with such funds, the project did not take off.

Here there is a problem of risks and guarantees. If this is just a PR project policy, which is very similar, there are no questions. Politicians are not new to promise that they will be voted for. But under this project, a businessman attracts investors. Are they sure that the project will not fail as last time, and who will explain to them the next “не узгодили деталі”, if the visionary at that time is going to present a great one?
And the free time of the former Minister hardly increased. He is spinning as he can : a full-time adviser in the "Східна Європа" Foundation, where he received his reservation, and a freelance adviser to the Minister of Defense of Italy. To this are added his own business, political career and public activities.
I want to understand why "Армія роботів" failed when it was an important state project of the minister, and now it will be implemented among other activities.
