The city administration about 18:21 noted that all trains stopped in the subway and escalators do not work.

About 18:39 the city authorities informed that on "синій" and "зеленій" metro lines gradually resumes the movement of trains with increased intervals. However, the movement of trains on "червоній" line is currently suspended.
Also, КМДА noted that due to the reduction of voltage in the power system, the movement of part of the public transport of the capital is temporarily suspended. For the transportation of passengers, the operational duplication of the Borshchagovskaya line of the express tram by buses is being worked out.
In ДТЕК explained that the emergency power outage in the capital occurred due to hostile attacks. Schedules of hourly power outages temporarily do not work.
