In Kiev exposed the scheme of sale of cars imported for ЗСУ under the guise of humanitarian aid
Детективи Бюро economic security, together with employees of the national police exposed the scheme of illegal sale of cars imported to Ukraine for the needs of the military.
During this year, the organizer of the device managed to implement 71 car, said the press service of БЕБ.
For the import of cars, the attacker used three controlled charitable funds. At customs, he submitted documents that the transport was intended for Ukrainian defenders, which allowed avoiding the payment of customs duties.
Instead of transferring to the front, cars were sold in Kiev. The organizer placed the announcement of the sale on the popular sites «ОLX» and «Auto.ria».
Law enforcement officers detained the defendant directly during the sale of the next car. During the searches at his home, two more cars were seized.
The detainee has already been informed about the suspicion of the illegal use of humanitarian aid for profit. A pre-trial investigation is underway.
