In Kiev, the remark because of the transition to red turned into a shooting
In the Darnytskyi district of Kiev, the conflict between pedestrian and driver ended with an attack using a gas balloon and a pneumatic pistol.
This was reported by the police of Kiev.
After the remark about the transition to the forbidden traffic light signal, the young man sprayed gas in the face of 47-year-old man, and then at least four times fired in his direction. Immediately after that, the attacker escaped.
The victim was helped by a passer-by who called the police and an ambulance. Doctors diagnosed a man with a wound to the shoulder and forearm.
Law enforcement officers identified the attacker. Investigators informed him of suspicion under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - hooliganism with the use of an object prepared in advance for causing bodily harm.
The man faces up to seven years in prison.
- 12 October in Kropyvnytskyi, a man while communicating with police threw grenades at them and opened fire with automatic weapons. Law enforcement officers launched a special operation "Грім" and detained the suspect in a few hours. According to preliminary data, no one was injured.
