As of the morning 12 October in parts of Ukraine there is de-escalation due to shelling and bad weather.

Due to the fighting, some consumers in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya and Kharkiv regions are temporarily left without electricity. Where the security situation allows, the brigades are already working on recovery. The power engineers are doing everything possible to return light to the Ukrainians’ homes as soon as possible.
Due to bad weather, 63 settlements in Ternopil, Zhytomyr and Khmelnytsky regions remain without light. Repair crews are working on restoration.
As a result of network restrictions caused by previous Russian attacks, hourly power outages and power limitation schedules for industry and business are being applied in a number of regions of Ukraine today.
