In parts of Obolon, Podolsky, Shevchenko and Desnyansky districts of Kiev, emergency power outages were recorded. Due to the lack of voltage, electric vehicles were also temporarily suspended there.

According to the company, power outages have occurred due to an enemy attack. Power engineers are already working to return power as soon as possible.
Subsequently, the Kyiv City State Administration reported that due to the lack of voltage in the power system, the movement of electric vehicles in the part of Desnyansky, Obolon, Podolsky and Shevchenko districts was temporarily suspended.
КМДА noted that the resumption of traffic and further changes in public transport will be reported additionally.
Previously, 11 October in Kiev and the region have already used emergency power outages. Subsequently, in the capital, they were canceled and the hourly schedules were returned, but after new interruptions in parts of the districts, emergency decontaminations again occurred.
