This is reported by Ukrainian monitoring and OSINT channels Exilenova+ and Supernova+.

Local residents write about the explosions, the work of ППО and the fire that broke out after the attack. At first, it was reported about the strike on the oil depot, but later there was information about the likely damage to the oil terminal.

Губернатор Ростовської region Юрій Слюсар said that the evening before the Russian authorities repulsed more than 50 drones. According to him, Rostov suffered an air attack, which resulted in a fire. He also said that there were no victims, and emergency services were working on the spot. Information about the consequences is promised to clarify.

At the same time, readers of Telegram channel ASTRA publish photos and videos of a large-scale fire within the city. On the frames of eyewitnesses, a large flame and thick smoke are visible.

According to Exilenova+, the oil terminal of the branch «Ростовський» of the Novoshakhtynsky Oil Refinery could be affected. There is no official confirmation of the defeat of this object at the moment.

As you know, Naftogaz terminal is used for shipment of Novoshakhtynsky НПЗ products, in particular for export. According to the company, it can process up to 3,5 million tons of oil products per year.

The plant also has five tankers, a railway infrastructure with a capacity of 1,7 million tons per year and a site where they can simultaneously serve up to 14 tanker trucks. At the same time, these figures do not mean that the terminal is constantly operating at full capacity.

Recall that Novoshakhtinsky НПЗ and the oil terminal in Rostov are not the first time under attack. In August, after another attack, the plant stopped work.

And in September, the General Staff reported the defeat of НПЗ in Rostov. Then a fire also broke out on the territory of the enterprise.
