In Zaporozhye 60 men fictitiously employed in schools for the sake of deferral. Law enforcement officers exposed two schemes.
This was reported in the Office of the Prosecutor General.
Suspects received 11 persons. Among them: officials of the city department of education, heads of district departments of education, school directors and men who were fictitiously enrolled in the state.
According to the investigation, the Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Zaporizhzhya City Council and two heads of district departments of education in 2024-2026 organized the employment of 54 men of conscription age.
They were issued to schools in Zaporizhzhya at the main place of work by teacher assistants, group leaders, teachers-organizers, teachers of computer science, physical culture and other pedagogical positions.
In fact, they did not work. After registration to the state, some men took long vacations without saving wages. So they created formal grounds for booking them and getting a suspension from mobilization.
Separately exposed are two school principals who in 2022 to 2026 fictitiously employed six men as leaders of out-of-school education groups.
At the same time, according to the investigation, the directors removed salary from the «працівників» bank cards and took over 800 thousand UAH.
A full circle of persons involved in the schemes is currently being established.
