Land easement for fortifications: the profile Committee held a working meeting on the bill No14117

щодо використання права земельного сервітуту для військових потреб», register. No 14117, a meeting was held on the basis of the subcommittee on land relations under the chairmanship of the head of the subcommittee Артема Нагаєвського.

Recall that this legislative initiative is aimed primarily at ensuring the needs of defense during martial law - the placement of fortifications and military engineering structures on land plots of private agricultural property, as well as determining the procedure for compensation to owners of land damage caused by the placement of such structures.

At the same time, when working on this bill in the Committee for the second reading, questions arose that need to be agreed with all interested parties.

Therefore, the participants of the meeting discussed the problematic issues, the proposals developed and possible further steps to obtain an agreed version of the text of the bill. A corresponding comparative table is being prepared for consideration at the meeting of the Committee.
