Parliament ratifies Ukrainian-Czech agreement on technical and financial cooperation

Верховна Рада adopted the draft Law on Ratification of the Agreement between Кабінетом Міністрів України and Урядом Чеської Республіки on Technical and Financial Cooperation, Reg. No. 0395. This decision will ensure the implementation of the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this agreement. It is aimed at creating a framework for attracting technical and financial assistance from Уряду Чеської Республіки.

As stated in the explanatory note to the bill, the agreement defines the types and forms of assistance, mechanisms for coordinating technical and financial assistance projects, as well as benefits, privileges and immunities within the framework of the implementation of these projects, including for Czech experts.
