Russia hits ТЕЦ in Kharkiv after "енергетичного перемир’я" announcement, - Зеленський
The president of Володимир Зеленський reported that Russia attacked ТЕЦ-5 in Kharkiv, despite the announcement of США President Дональдом Трампом "енергетичного перемир'я".

"Протягом всього дня сьогодні у небі були російські “шахеди”. Зараз теж “шахеди” в небі. Були удари авіабомб. Були удари по нашій енергетиці. Щойно був удар по ТЕЦ-5 в Харкові – по енергетиці Харкова", stated Зеленський.
He noted that in general, during this week, the Russians dealt more than 200 strikes on electricity generation and transmission facilities in Ukraine, and 17 strikes on gas and oil facilities over the week.
