США looking for a place for Zelensky to meet with Trump and Putin

According to Zelensky, the American side has already proposed to hold a trilateral meeting and is now working out possible locations for negotiations. In particular, we are talking about the United Арабські Емірати and Саудівську Аравію.
«США працюють над цим. У них є пропозиція тристоронньої зустрічі. Ця зустріч може бути і в одній з країн Близького Сходу, і Сполучені Штати Америки зараз говорять про Емірати або про Саудівську Аравію», the president said.
Another option is to hold negotiations in США during the G20 meeting. However, there is no confirmation that this format is supported by the American and Russian sides. They are also considering the possibility of meeting in one of the European countries. As reported by Зеленський, the European side is already starting relevant contacts.
In addition to the preparation of the trilateral talks, Ukraine is negotiating with США about a separate meeting. According to the President, the American side was not able to come to Brussels to negotiate with the Ukrainians, but the parties hope to find an opportunity to meet again this week.
Зеленський said that 16 October Ukrainian negotiating group maintained contact with the Americans. In particular, the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine Рустем Умєров spoke with the special envoy of the President США Дональда Трампа Джаредом Kushner. The parties discussed the organization of the meeting.
The Ukrainian President confirmed that he is ready to personally participate in the negotiations. He stressed that Ukraine supports dialogue that can help to stop Russian aggression, and advocates stopping strikes on energy infrastructure as the first step towards the end of the war.
«І я готовий також із ними зустрічатися. Я думав, що вони зможуть знайти час і можливість бути в Брюсселі – не вийшло в американської сторони. Але я думаю, що на цьому тижні вони знайдуть можливість і ми знайдемо формат, як зустрітися. Ми підтримуємо можливість діалогу. Ми підтримуємо все, щоб зупинити путіна, принаймні енергетичне припинення вогню. Бажано повністю припинити цю війну, треба із чогось починати.
