Sweden to provide Ukraine with a new package of assistance for more than 50 million dollars
Уряд Швеції will provide Ukraine with an additional package of civil support in the amount of SEK 522 million (approximately 52 million dollars США). The funds will be directed to urgent needs on the eve of winter.

The funding is designed to support electricity and heat supply of houses, ensure the operation of energy and water infrastructure, as well as critical institutions, in particular hospitals and schools.

Taking into account the new package, the total amount of Швеції Україні assistance from 2022 will be about 158 billion Swedish kroner (approximately 15 billion dollars).
Earlier it was reported that Sweden and three other countries transferred energy equipment to Ukraine worth almost 2,5 million euros for the restoration of energy infrastructure.
It was also reported that the Swedish government instructed the coast guard to transfer ten speed boats to Ukraine for rescue operations on the water.
