The forces of unmanned systems hit the base of the Russian center "БАРС-Сармат" in Kirillovka
Operators of the 413th separate regiment of the "Рейд" unmanned systems forces struck the temporary location of the Russian special purpose center "БАРС-Сармат" in the temporarily occupied Кирилівці Запорізької region.
This was reported by 413th regiment СБС on Facebook.
The "БАРС-Сармат" Center, also known as "БАРС-37", is dedicated to the development and combat testing of drones, robotic systems, electronic warfare and electronic intelligence, as well as control and communication systems.
According to the military, the unit poses a significant threat to Ukrainian defenders at the front. Its personnel consists of military and technical specialists, in particular programmers, technologists and engineers.
The center is headed by Дмитро Рогозін - the former CEO of "Роскосмосу", who now holds the position of the so-called senator from the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region.
"БАРС-Сармат" soldiers are also involved in mobile fire groups to cover transport on the "Новоросія" highway, which connects Rostov-on-Don with the temporarily occupied Crimea.
