The government has formed a commission for the sale of state stakes in Сенс Банку and Ukrgasbank. Representatives of international financial organizations and institutions ЄС can join its work. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Сергій Корецький.
This commission will determine the procedure for holding competitions, make a decision on admission of participants, agree on the starting price of bidding, taking into account the recommendations of the adviser, winners and the sale price, and submit relevant decisions for approval by the Government. The Ministry of Finance has already selected advisers for both banks.
«Завдання — створити належні умови для прозорого та конкурентного продажу державних пакетів акцій обох банків», said Сергій Корецький.
