The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Андрій Сибіга said that the President of Володимир Зеленський has the support of the Ukrainian people. So he responded to the words of the President of США Дональда Трампа about the need to choose a new leader of Ukraine.

The head of the Ukrainian МЗС reacted to the statements of Дональда Трампа that Ukrainians should change the president.
«Президент Володимир Зеленський очолює наш народ у часи війни – війни за незалежність, свободу та гідність. Він має підтримку українського народу, і саме народ має право приймати рішення»,
According to Sibiga, «заяви з-за кордону» only confirms that Зеленський is well performing its duties and deserves support.
We will remind, Дональд Трамп said that Ukraine is time to choose a new president who can agree on the end of the war and «укласти угоду». Also, the head of the White house claimed that Зеленський «міг завершити війну вже багато разів», but allegedly «не хоче» this.
As you know, on the eve of the President США announced an agreement with the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin on the supply of Russian diesel. After that, the US Treasury suspended some of the sanctions and allowed to sell diesel fuel from the Russian Federation to 7 April 2027.
This decision was criticized by the President of Ukraine Володимир Зеленський, calling it dishonest, and also expressed the opinion that the negotiating team, which at the time of the announcement of the agreement was in Miami at a meeting with representatives of США, «використали як ширму».
Later, the media wrote that special envoys Трампа Стів Віткофф and Джаред Кушнер in negotiations with the Ukrainian delegation of the alleged «погрожували» to suspend the exchange of intelligence with Ukraine, if the blows to the Russian НПЗ will not stop.
