President Володимир Зеленський said that for the sake of a just peace, Ukraine is ready to negotiate anywhere and in any format. According to him, a meeting with Americans could take place next week

The president of Володимир Зеленський told reporters during a chat.

Answering the question about the platforms for the resumption of negotiations, he noted that the American direction is working, and Kiev expects that Washington will press primarily on Putin.

Зеленський said that the American side has already signaled a possible meeting.

According to the President, yesterday the Ukrainian negotiating group was in touch with the Americans: Рустем Умєров spoke with Джаредом Кушнером. The meeting in Brussels did not come out of the American side, but Зеленський hopes that it will find a format and an opportunity to meet.

Separately, the President stressed that Europe needs its own infrastructure and its own direction of dialogue with Russia. In the near future, he also plans to talk with President Туреччини Реджепом Ердоганом about the Black Sea and food security, as well as with representatives of Близького Сходу countries.
