Yesterday, 16 October, the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Рустем Умєров, held a conversation with the American Джаредом Кушнером carrier. They discussed the next meeting, the president of Володимир Зеленський told 17 October in audio comments.
He expressed readiness to participate in the meetings in person. Such a meeting could take place in Brussels on the sidelines of the ЄС summit of leaders, but the American side did not succeed.
