"Ускладнити комфортне життя": Федієнко proposes to restrict "ухилянтам" access to ASCs and banks
Updated:
MP Олександр Федієнко proposes to complicate the life of "ухилянтам" by restricting their access to certain services of ASCs and banks. According to him, a person can hide from mobilization for years, but at the same time have ФОП, work and use "Новою поштою"
This was reported by the MP in an interview with the Telegraph.
Федієнко stressed that the Cabinet should look for a resource to mobilize primarily among those who hide from accounting, and not among people who are already on it. According to him, the government itself should say how many such people and what to do with them. The MP estimated that it is about 500 thousand military personnel in СЗЧ and, possibly, a million "ухилянтів" numbers.
It was against this background that he proposed to limit such people's access to services.
Федієнко added that the government will have to work for this. According to him, instead, the Cabinet again proposes a solution that already existed.
The MP explained why the initiative on "ухилянтів" should come from the government, not from the parliament. Deputies, according to him, pass laws and do not engage in operational management, while the executive branch has the right of legislative initiative.
The deputy noted that the government, instead, chooses simpler ways. In his opinion, the Cabinet is looking for people to mobilize among those who are already registered, in particular, in booked employees.
Федієнко stressed that the Armed Forces really need to be replenished, but there is no point just "вимивати" people who are already registered. According to him, it turns out that today 20% of the reservation was removed, and tomorrow 20% will be removed.
The MP said that he opposes the reduction of bookings only for communications, energy and the defense industry. Earlier in Верховній Раді, he asked the Prime Minister Сергія Корецького about changes to "ухилянтів" and СЗЧ, but, according to him, received no response.
- Recall that 12 October the National Association of defense industry enterprises appealed to Koretsky not to reduce the quota of reservation of employees ОПК from 100% to 85%.
- 13 October Федієнко called dangerous step of the Cabinet to change the logic of booking and quotas of booked employees.
- 16 October Koretsky in Верховній Раді said that the booking order is still working, and critical businesses have nothing to worry about.
