«Внутрішній ринок» cluster: how European integration will change the rules for Ukrainian business
Ukrainian entrepreneurs will have to adapt to the rules and standards of the European Union, but this can simplify entry into the European market. One of the key changes should be the so-called промисловий безвіз, which will allow certain Ukrainian goods to be sold in ЄС without re-certification.

This was stated by MP from «Слуги Народу», first deputy chairman of the parliamentary Committee on integration of Ukraine to Європейського Союзу Вадим Galaichuk, the press service of Верховної Ради.
According to him, the opening of two new negotiating clusters on Ukraine's accession to ЄС covers 17 sections, in particular trade, financial services, education and economic policy. The «Внутрішній ринок» cluster provides for the approximation of Ukrainian legislation to the economic rules of the European Union.
One of the practical steps will be the implementation of the ACAA agreement, known as «промисловий безвіз». According to Galaichuk, the package of relevant legislation is at the final stages of discussion and adoption.
The agreement should simplify the access of certain Ukrainian industrial products to the ЄС market. Subject to the fulfillment of the agreed requirements, manufacturers will be able to undergo the necessary conformity assessment procedures in Ukraine and supply products to the EU countries without re-certification.
At the same time, to introduce new business rules, it will be necessary to adapt to European standards. To do this, it will be necessary not only to change the laws, but also to adopt by-laws and introduce appropriate regulatory procedures.
Halaichuk noted that such changes can open up wider opportunities for Ukrainian entrepreneurs in the European market. At the same time, consumers should benefit from them, who will be able to buy better quality goods.
Recall that 13 October ЄС opened negotiations with Ukraine on two more clusters on the domestic market and competitiveness.
Meanwhile, Hungary blocked the approval of screening results for 4 and 5 clusters related to energy, transport, environment, agriculture and budget issues.
