It's time for us to rethink our external communication strategies. Everything we've done before may not work
The Ukrainians:

- colonized Africa;
- transferred the nuclear bomb Північній Кореї;
- They attacked Russia.
There are a lot of memes to draw about, but let’s be serious.

- Everyone is afraid of you, but not so much, so it's better to stay away from you.
- Everyone is very afraid of your enemy, so it is better to support him against you.
Ukraine had every chance to lose the information war with Russia 2014 the University of London 2022. It could happen that the world would accuse us of shooting down the plane and in the staged footage from Buchi.
Not because it is true. But because it is so safer. The vast majority of the world still accuses Georgia of war 2008. Israel completely lost the information war after the attack 7 October before the Israeli army entered Gaza.

This means that it is time for us to rethink our external communication strategies. Everything we have done before may not work.
And we also need to collect resources. To appoint missing ambassadors. To gather all possible non-governmental organizations. To activate the networks of Ukrainian communities around the world. To mobilize our friends in all countries. And to review our relations with those who were previously neglected.
