We teach cyberdefense managers: CISO Quick Start program started
October launched the CISO Quick Start training program for regional and local cyber defense leaders. It will help to systematize knowledge, strengthen cyber risk management skills and establish interaction between management and technical teams.

The program covers the basic areas of work of the head: the organization of cyber defense, ensuring cybersecurity, safe architecture and technology, legislative requirements, conducting audits and responding to cyber incidents.
The format combines online and face-to-face modules, lectures, analysis of practical cases and team-based exercises. The main practical component of the program is Capstone Project: participants in teams will develop an integrated plan of actions of the head of cyber defense and present it at the end of the course.

The training will continue during October and November in English with simultaneous translation into Ukrainian.
The program is implemented by CISO Campus and CDTO Campus together with the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Institute of Software Engineering (SEI) Університету Карнегі-Mellon with the support of the State Department of США.
