Restrictions on the speed of use of Starlink on the territory of Ukraine is intentional. Ukrainian drones interceptor jet UAVs now can not work due to the restriction of at least 161 kilometers per hour.
With higher speed, Starlink turns off, and the interceptor drone is lost. This was reported by the president of Володимир Зеленський in audio comments to journalists 17 October.
