According to Sikorski, the Polish embassy reports a fuel shortage even in Moscow, which usually has priority in providing.

He also drew attention to the scale of damage to the Russian oil processing infrastructure as a result of Ukrainian strikes.

«Тож звідки ж візьмуться надлишки для експорту?», wrote the head of the Polish МЗС.

Раніше Міністерство reported that Ukrainian long-range strikes hit more than 51% of Russia’s oil refining capacity. At the same time, experts emphasize that this figure does not mean a simultaneous stop of half of the country’s entire oil refining, since some of the damaged installations have already been repaired.

Against the background of attacks, the production of oil products in Russia fell to the lowest level in the last 20 years, and problems with logistics and redistribution of fuel increased.

США President Дональд Трамп announced an agreement with Vladimir Putin on the supply of Russian diesel fuel to the American and world markets.

After that, the Ministry of Finance США issued a temporary license that allows the supply of Russian diesel. Трамп explained the decision by the need to increase fuel supply and reduce prices.

At the same time, this decision was criticized in Ukraine. President Володимир Зеленський called it «слабким рішенням сильних партнерів» and urged Washington not to ease pressure on Moscow.

Foreign Minister Андрій Сибіга urged not to relax the sanctions pressure on Russia and to make concrete decisions to stop the aggression.

Велика Британія said it would continue to support Ukraine and maintain strong sanctions pressure on Russia.
